Terms & Conditions

1. Booking Confirmation

• Booking is confirmed upon receipt of payment and confirmation email issuance.
• Guests are responsible for verifying booking details at the time of reservation.

2. Check-In & Check-Out

• Check-In: From 15:00 (3:00 PM)
• Check-Out: Until 11:00 (11:00 AM)
• Early check-in/late check-out is subject to availability and additional charges.

3. Cancellation & Modification Policy

• Cancel at least 48 hours before check-in to avoid charges.
• Late cancellations/no-shows will be charged one night’s stay.
• Modifications must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

4. Payment & Charges

• Rates are in PKR and inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
• 15% government tax applies to the room rate.
• All incidental charges must be cleared at checkout.

5. Children & Extra Guests

• Children under 6 stay free using existing beds.
• Extra guest charges may apply depending on room capacity.

6. Identification & Age Requirements

• Valid CNIC, passport, or government-issued ID is required at check-in.
• Primary guest must be at least 18 years of age.

7. Smoking & Damage Policy

• Smoking is not allowed in rooms. A cleaning fee of PKR 25,000 - 50,000 will be applicable if violated.
• Guests are liable for damages caused during the stay.

8. Hotel Rights & Guest Conduct

• The hotel reserves the right to refuse service or cancel bookings due to disruptive behavior.
• Guests are expected to maintain decorum and respect fellow guests.

9. Force Majeure

• The hotel is not responsible for service disruptions caused by events beyond its control.

10. Privacy & Data Protection

• Your personal information is protected and only used for booking and communication.
• No data is shared with third parties unless required by law.

11. Special Requests

• Special requests are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.

12. Promotions & Discounts

• Promotions cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.
• Promotions may be subject to separate terms.
