Reservation Policy

1. Minimum & Maximum Stay Requirements

• Guests may be required to stay a minimum of 1 night.
• The maximum stay per booking is 7 nights unless approved by management.
• May vary by season, room type, or promotional offers.

2. Advance Booking Period

• Reservations can be made up to 30 days in advance.
• Last-minute bookings are subject to availability and full payment.

3. Cancellation Policy

• Free cancellation up to 48 hours before check-in.
• If canceled within 24 hours, 1 night will be charged.
• Refunds (if applicable) processed within 30 business days.

4. No-Show Policy

• No-show without prior notice: 1 night charged.
• Bookings over 1 night: 50% of total stay charged for no-shows.

5. Early Check-in / Late Check-out Fees

• Early Check-in:
  • Before 6:00 AM – Full night charge
  • 6:00 AM to 11:00 AM – Half night charge
  • 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM – Free (subject to availability)
• Late Check-out:
  • Until 12:00 PM – Free
  • After 2:00 PM – Full night charge

6. Deposit Requirements

• 1-night deposit required at time of reservation.
• Group/company/discounted bookings may require full advance payment.
• Deposits refundable as per cancellation policy.

Check-In & Check-Out Policies

• Check-In: 3:00 PM
• Check-Out: 11:00 AM
• Early check-in/late check-out subject to availability and fees.

ID and Documentation Requirements

• Valid government-issued ID or passport required at check-in.
• Credit/debit card may be required for verification.

Guest Verification

• ID verification required for all staying guests.
• Hotel reserves the right to deny check-in without proper identification.

Security Deposit Requirements

• Refundable deposit required at check-in via credit card or cash.
• Deposit refunded upon check-out, post inspection.

Room & Occupancy Policies

• Maximum Occupancy: Standard room – 2 guests. Suites – up to 3 guests.
• Extra Bed/Crib Charges:
  • Extra bed: Rs. 8000 – Rs. 10,000 per night
  • Crib: Rs. 6000 per night

Pet Policy

• Pets are not allowed within hotel premises.

Smoking/Non-Smoking Room Policies

• 100% smoke-free rooms and indoor areas.
• Designated outdoor smoking zones are available.
• Violation may incur cleaning fees of Rs. 25,000 to Rs. 50,000.

Housekeeping Schedule & Guest Opt-Out

• Daily housekeeping available between 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM.
• Guests can request specific cleaning times via front desk.
• Guests may opt out using “Do Not Disturb” or request limited service.
• Eco-friendly stays may offer incentives for skipping daily housekeeping.
